Claude Certification Dumps: Why You Do Not Need Them
Thinking about Claude exam dumps? The honest risk math for a set of exams where Anthropic publishes the entire blueprint for free, plus where to get original practice questions instead.
Search for CCAR-F or CCDV-F and you will find sites offering real exam questions. Some are dressed up as practice banks. Some are openly braindumps. A few have names that imply they are run by Anthropic.
Here is the practical case against them, and it is not a lecture.
1. They can cost you the credential you are paying for
Every Claude candidate agrees to a confidentiality policy before sitting. Anthropic’s wording: “By taking an exam you agree not to share, reproduce, or discuss the questions in any form.”
Using leaked content puts you on the wrong side of an agreement you personally signed. Certification bodies do revoke credentials over this, and a revoked certification is worse than no certification, because it is a thing you now have to explain.
2. The material is free anyway, from the source
This is what makes dumps particularly pointless for these four exams.
Anthropic publishes a complete exam guide for every certification, as a free PDF, containing the full domain blueprint with percentage weights, the numbered skills measured under each domain, and sample questions with answer rationales. CCAR-F alone publishes 12 sample questions.
The free public course catalog at academy.claude.com covers the Claude API, Claude Code, MCP, subagents and agent skills. Anthropic’s documentation is open.
You would be taking a real risk to obtain a worse version of something that is already free.
3. Most of what is circulating is machine-generated anyway
A candidate who passed CCAR-P went looking for prep material and wrote this afterward:
I was dumbfounded when preparing. Every time I opened a link with a Claude certification cheat sheet, study guide or practice exam it was evident that Claude had written material to help pass an exam that was created to architect itself. Without this, these study guides are just a cesspool of hallucinated knowledge.
He abandoned one paid practice set midway through because it was so obviously generated.
He proposed three questions that anyone publishing Claude certification prep should answer. They are fair, and most sites will not answer them:
- Did you read all the questions that are present?
- Did you pass the test yourself?
- What is the practice guide based on?
Our answers to those three questions
Did we read all the questions? Yes. All 21 official sample questions across the four exam guides, with their published rationales.
Did we pass the test ourselves? No. And we cannot. Anthropic restricts registration to employees of partner companies with 10 or more staff, and we do not qualify. The full explanation is here.
What is it based on? Anthropic’s published exam blueprints, which are free and public. Every question we write cites the domain and weight it maps to.
That middle answer is the one that matters most, and it is worth being direct about why. A site that says I took the exam, then wrote 400 questions, and none of them came from what I saw is asking you to trust its discipline and its memory. That is the same sentence a dump seller would write, and you cannot check it.
We are saying something you can verify in thirty seconds on Anthropic’s own application form. We have never seen the exam, because we are not permitted to sit it. That makes our questions provably blueprint-derived, because the blueprint is the only place they could have come from.
4. Dumps train the wrong skill for these exams
CCAR-F is scenario-based. You get a broken agentic system and four plausible fixes, and you choose the one a good architect would pick. Passers describe questions that turn on degree, where several options would technically run and you are selecting the most effective.
Memorized answer keys do not transfer to that. Understanding does. If you know that prompts suggest while systems enforce, and that you fix the earliest layer, you can reason your way through a scenario you have never seen. If you memorized a question that has since been rotated out, you have nothing.
5. A word on the sites with official-sounding names
Several domains in this space use names that imply an Anthropic connection. At least one presents something resembling a registration flow.
There is exactly one registration path: your partner company’s Anthropic Partner Academy account, which hands off to Pearson VUE for scheduling. No third-party site can register you, and none is affiliated with Anthropic. If a site implies otherwise, that tells you what you need to know about the rest of its claims.
What to do instead
- Read your exam’s official guide PDF. Free, complete, and better than anything sold.
- Take the free courses at academy.claude.com that map to your weak domains.
- Build something. Anthropic’s own prep advice for the architect exams is a list of things to build, not read.
- Drill with original questions to find your gaps, then go back to the blueprint for the domains you missed.
