Please note: HOW TO // AI is not the employer and is not affiliated with the companies listed. Roles come from each company's public job board or are posted by employers and reviewed by us, and details can change at any time, so read the full posting and apply on the company's own site. A real employer never asks you to pay to apply. Company names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are shown only to identify them.

How this list works

Every role on this page comes from an AI company’s own job board, the same feed the company uses for its careers page. We check each board several times a day, so closed roles drop off within hours. We don’t copy job descriptions: each title links to the company’s own posting, where you read the details and apply.

“Remote” means the company lists the role as remote or remote-friendly. Many remote roles still ask you to live in a certain country or time zone, or to travel now and then, so check the location line on the posting.

Remote AI jobs that don’t need coding

AI companies hire far more than engineers. Roles with no coding in the title make up a large share of every company’s openings. The common ones:

  • Sales and customers: account executives, customer success managers and solutions roles that help businesses roll out AI.
  • Operations and people: support, recruiting, finance and business operations.
  • Marketing and content: product marketing, community, events and developer relations.
  • AI training and data: tutor and evaluator roles where experts in a subject or language check and improve AI answers.
  • Policy, legal and safety: trust and safety, policy and compliance roles.

Tick “No coding needed” above to see only these. The filter reads the job title, so always read the full posting to be sure.

How to get a remote job at an AI company

  • Show how you already use AI at work. One concrete example (a process you sped up, a report you automated) beats a list of tools.
  • Apply on the company’s own site. Every link here goes there. Real AI companies don’t hire through chat apps or ask you to pay for training.
  • Match the posting’s words. Our job search prompt vault has prompts that tailor your resume and cover letter to a posting.
  • Back it up with a credential if you’re switching fields. A beginner AI certification shows you know the basics. See which AI certification to get.
  • Set up the weekly email at the top of this page, so new roles come to you instead of you checking back.

Watch out for fake remote AI jobs

Scammers love “remote AI jobs”: AI tutor offers that charge a training fee, fake checks for equipment, interviews only on Telegram. If you find a role anywhere other than the company’s own site, paste it into our free job scam checker before you send any personal details.

Frequently asked questions

Where do these remote AI jobs come from?

From each AI company's own job board: the public feed the company uses for its careers page. We list the title, team, location, published pay range and date, and link to the company's posting to apply.

How often is the list updated?

Every company's board is checked several times a day. Closed roles drop off at the next check, and the top of the page shows when the list last updated.

Are there remote AI jobs that don't need coding?

Yes, plenty: sales, customer success, support, recruiting, marketing, operations, policy and AI training roles. Use the "No coding needed" filter. It reads the job title, so check the full posting.

Do remote AI jobs pay well?

Many AI companies publish a yearly pay range on each posting, and we show it where they do. Ranges vary widely by role, level and location.

Can I get new remote AI jobs by email?

Yes. Enter your email at the top of the page and you get the best new remote roles every Monday, free, along with the HOW TO // AI newsletter. You can unsubscribe any time.
