Most study plans fail for the same two reasons: they spread time evenly over topics that are not weighted evenly, and they leave no room at the end to rehearse. This builds a plan that fixes both.
Pick your exam, say how many weeks you have and how many hours a week you can actually give it. You get a week-by-week plan, weighted to the exam’s real domains, with the final week kept for review and one timed run.

Build your exam study plan
Pick your exam, how long you have and how many hours a week you can give it. The plan splits your time across the exam's real domain weights and keeps the last week for review.
A plan you can only see on this page is a plan you will lose. Send it to yourself and tick the weeks off as you go.
Sending it also signs you up for the HOW TO // AI newsletter. One email a week, unsubscribe any time.

How the plan is built
- Time follows the blueprint. Each domain gets a share of your hours in proportion to its weight on the real exam, so the biggest-scoring areas get the most time.
- The last week is rehearsal. Re-drill what you got wrong, then sit one run at full exam length so the clock is not a surprise.
- It tells you when the plan is too thin. If your hours fall well short of what the exam usually takes, it says so rather than pretending.
Use it with free practice
A plan only works if you find out what you actually know. Every exam here has free practice questions with explanations, and most have a free study guide: see the free practice exams. Work through the questions for the domain you studied that week, then let the wrong answers set your next session.
Not sure which exam yet?
Pick the exam first, then the plan. Our ranked guide to AI certifications explains which one fits your job and platform, and the two-minute certification quiz will narrow it down if you would rather be asked.
Frequently asked questions
How does the plan decide what to study when?
It splits your available hours across the exam's published domains, in proportion to their weight. If a domain is 30% of the exam, it gets roughly 30% of your study time. The last week is always review plus one timed run.
Where do the domain weights come from?
From each vendor's own exam guide, which is also what our practice pages and study guides are built from. Where a vendor doesn't publish weights, the plan says so and splits the time evenly.
How many hours should I plan for?
It depends on the exam and your background. The tool shows the total we usually suggest for each one and tells you if your schedule is tight, so you can add hours or move the date.
Is it free, and do I need an account?
It is free and there is no sign-up. The plan is built in your browser, and you can print it.
